Dear Andrew, I hope that this email finds you well! I am writing to express my appreciation for the way in which a difficult situation was handled with a former client of mine by Clive. Clive was very attentive and he listened to the entire story, using great customer service skills, interpersonal communication skills, concern, discernment and logic. I feel that it is necessary to point this out because, we are all working in the customer service industry and it can be difficult at times to have patience and when I see someone who delivers great customer service I believe that it should be recognized. I felt very supported in explaining the entire situation and was satisfied that logic and fairness was used in the outcome.
